Pumping Around the Clock Review: Lansinoh shields are more comfortable than Ameda but not Medella. I am getting nipple abrasion. I used soothies and lanolin to help but still hurts. I pump every 2-4 hours. I get about 6 ozs every pump session right now. I like the timer on the pump. I like the ease of only pumping for one side if needed. The different pump strengths and styles are really helpful. I like the beginning lactation style. Medella has that and it really helps. Ameda doesn't have it. It's easy to clean. I've been using
Doubles amounts and annoying Bluetooth message I love this app because of the chart. I hate that it glitches and doubles up the input and there is no way to get rid of it except to delete the doubles one by one. I also hate every time I open the app it asks to turn on my bluetooth. Have to delete I'd rather go by hand...
Glitches glitches everywhere... Have used for two months now. This app could be a great tool except the entries often double (or triple, or 53 times!) which destroys any decent recordkeeping and slows the app. Plus the Bluetooth pump link doesn't work well often failing to shut off, then it struggles with manual entries. Great idea, but fails to work.
Great pump!!! I absolutely love the pump and have had no problems with it so far! It's very comfortable and gets the job done! Plus, I love the fact that it's a closed system. No onto the app. I think there's a great concept behind the app. I love being able to track my pumping amounts and view it right on my phone. I'm still learning how to use the app and it's taking some getting used to. I like the tips and the info that it provides as well. Overall, great pump and good app. I'm a #smartpumper now lol!
Useful and user friendly I like this app a lot! The summary seems to log incorrect diaper information; it states "liquid" instead of the recorded "seedy". Is there any way to add a feature to track sleep? That would bring it up to 5 stars.
Inaccurate I use to love this app. However it doesn't keep the correct amount of mls I input and I set an alarm and now it goes off everyday, but doesn't show that I have any alarms set so I can't delete it to get it to stop going off. Update: had to uninstall this app. The alarms go off every time I open it and randomly which would scare my baby and wake her up. Very disappointed.
