You only can add on money to the app but cant withdraw to bank account or cash back, not happy with that, need to spend all money there, even i dont want, so disappointed with this app.

Very bad application. Cannot contact admin. Don't know who will be house maid. Just waiting .... Full payment but when cancel order because nobody take job. App charge fee. It's not reasonable. And must waiting refund for 5 day!!!

The different services are great and I am very happy with the quality of the cleaners and technicians. The problem is that messages do not come through on time. If there is an issue whereby the cleaner is late and messages on time, we don't get a message straight away. Today the delay was 40 minutes. This let to a very awkward situation between the parties. I would gladly give Btaskee a 5* rating, but not when communication is hindered by a faulty app.
