As of Nov. 1, 2022, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have pulled the Pro (paid) version of this app Battery Notifier Pro BT from the Google Play app store . In addition, we will only be able to offer support for those who previously purchased the Pro app or downloaded the free app for those who are using Android 12 and below.

IMPORTANT!!!
Battery Notifier BT will not stop working on its own. MOST Android manufacturers have aggressive battery saving settings which shut down apps running in the background by default. We suggest turning off all battery saving/power saving settings. Also, find the Android setting on your device to "optimize" the battery for apps and TURN IT OFF for Battery Notifier BT. If you update to a newer version of Android, you need to make these changes again after the update. The update may also add a new setting called "Duraspeed" which also shuts down apps unless you make an exception.

NOT FOR BLUETOOTH: BT does NOT stand for Bluetooth, and this app has nothing whatsoever to do with Bluetooth. (BT is short for "Big Text" the original name of the app.)

NOTICE: The original Battery Notifier BT is NOT 100% compatible with Android 10 and up. However, if you have Android 10 or higher, and you still want colored numbers in the status bar, the original Battery Notifier BT MAY or may not work on your device. The only way to know for sure is to try it and see.

If your device has Android 10 through Android 12, Battery Notifier BT 2020 is optimized for those devices. It includes white only notifications in the status bar required by Google going forward.

I've always liked this app, but was very disappointed to find out that its not compatible with my new phone that uses Android 10 platform. It only works with Android 9 or less. But I think I found the version that will work with my phone. The icon for the program looks almost identical except it's in black and white. I hope this is the same developer because this is a decent app!

Works perfectly, the app notification itself shows the power which is genius, its very accurate, easy to use, and can give notifications when power is low which is amazing. Personally i have relatively cheap headphones that work perfectly except one minor problem: when at low battery they blare into my ears like an air raid siren. This app was able to fix that because i was able to set a notification that its at 25% while the headphones go off at 20%. Great app had no problems with it

Actually works! I set the full & lower limits & sure enough, the colors changed & the alarm went off! Both low charge & full charge alarms work great! I'm not one of those people who likes to let my gas tank go below half or my phone charge go below 25. Simple, basic controls & function. Easy to set & turn alarms off. First low power warning app I've tried that actually works as it says.
