I've always had a fixed work schedule so it is a bit awkward for a first time user. Most of the issues I've seen below have either been addressed or the user does not understand the interface. There are a couple of recommendations that I would make like the ability to clock in/out of your deployment and the ability to have a calendar view toggle on the upcoming screen. It would also be nice to have a feature to prevent overbooking.

Hands down the worst scheduling app I've ever had to use. Your schedule is not shown in a calendar (you know, an invention almost as old as time itself) and the calendar sync option that is built in, cannot properly handle time changes. The writers of this app have clearly never used it, or perhaps more accurately haven't had a job outside of a 9-5.

You send a verification code to log in, in the app it requires you to put a capital L in with the code. The problem is, your app only shows the number pad. Even after working around that, it fails and doesn't let me log on. HOW DID YOU SCREW UP AUTHENTICATION? Not only am I unable to work due to covid, I can't get any updated information. 0 stars if I could.
