The Android app is not great. There was a desktop app that worked well, but it was discontinued. The recent breach has been an example of what not to do when sensitive data like your passwords to various accounts could be compromised. Due to the breach, I decided to try another password manager service. The new password manager made me realize how much better the features, security, and apps the competition has over LastPass.

Such an easy and effective app to use; across all platforms. Clear, concise options make adapting to LastPass very intuitive. Recent security problems made me nervous to stay with the app, but by tightening my own practices and their efforts to tighten theirs, I plan to stay on board. We use the family plan to share folders but could probably manage with just the premium plan. As an IT professional, I find this an effective app to use. I think novices could appreciate LastPass as well.

1/16/2023 - Data breach? and they didn't bother to tell me? Poor customer service! - 2/25/2021 - It remembers passwords and brings them up correctly 85% of the time. It is quirky, it is not intuitive, it closes randomly, and it tries to use my google password for multiple sites. It is far better than manual, but that is really the only good thing I can say about it
