Cats are Liquid - A Better Place is a 2D platformer about a liquid cat and her friends.

Play as the cat, in a place created just for you and your friends. You get to go on a nice adventure with them where nothing goes wrong and everything is perfect, as long as your friends stay there, right by your side.

This game contains dark story elements, including strong feelings of abandonment and detachment from reality. This game is not for children.

I actually hate giving this game 2 stars because it's amazing. However, I can't play it anymore. I first played these games on my old phone from 2019, and I was going to replay them on my new phone from 2023. But something is happening that's making this game alone unplayable and miserable. I was able to play A Light in the Shadows, but this one I can't, which truly devastates me. I can't play more than 2 levels without it completely bugging out. I'd love to rate this higher if this got fixed.

I love the storyline and the visuals in the game, as well as creating your own pack/rooms in it, so 5 stars on that! However, there is one thing that happened recently today: when I first went to boot up the app and go to one of the worlds. At first, everything was working great until I respawned back; the only difference was that nothing came up (and by that, I mean the room structure didn't load), so the cat kept dying until I exited out of the level. Nothing came up when I went back in them.

this game is really good. it's not infuriatingly difficult, and there are new mechanics introduced every once in a while to keep things interesting. the speedrun mode unlocked after completing the game is pretty cool too. only thing I have to say about it is that it feels too short. maybe implement an endless mode of infinitely generated stages where you can choose the mechanic you want to play with, with a skip level button if you get an impossible generation.

Fixes:
- Fixed certain items with specific toggle platform settings causing the cat to immediately die upon spawning, if the spawnpoint was placed at room origin.
- Fixed toggle platform state not being set properly in certain situations when a room was loaded.
- Fixed typo in "There is no Alternation" music track name in the editor room settings view.
- Other fixes.
