I re-evaluated my previous comment. I said in my critique that the app was bad, blasting the devs. Now. after downloading the new update I'll have to eat my words. Now the app is fully functional, I can login, no problems so far, I can finally do what I couldn't before, so my apologies to the devs. I feel bad now, because they fixed the problem I was complaining about, and I feel like I wronged them in some way. They took care of this problem and I'm grateful.

Hi, is it possible to change the language to english in this app. there is an email how to contact support but it didn't work. This app changes language from Spanish, Portuguese and a bit of english depending on the menu you open. i would appreciate if this could show english.

The LATAM Pass app is not working. It gets stuck on the welcome screen and does not open. I have already uninstalled, reinstalled, and updated the app, but the problem continues. Another issue is that the app only appears in Spanish, with no option to change the language. Very poor experience. Needs urgent fixes.
