Nice, but they gouge you on an upgrade I've really loved this app, it's got tons of the great features, and it actually does extend battery life, that's not just marketing fluff. The only thing that's killing me is that I'd love upgrade to Ultimate, but they make you buy that package outright for $5 more when I already spent the $2-3 or whatever it was for the Plus packagage. It costs more to upgrade one tier at a time vs. all at once. Not fair in my book. There ought to be an in-app purchase option to upgrade where you only pay the difference between the Plus & Ultimate prices. Otherwise I'd give it 5stars.
Very good product Used on an HTC Incredible 2. I used the fee version for a while then purchased the Plus version. The application blocking works very well as does the component that turns on wifi in desired locations. I did initially have problems with the cellular data not coming on when the screen was turns d on. Even then, it saved a lot of battery. After rooting my phone, the cellular data comes on as soon as the screen comes on. I did keep the same software and the only thing that has changed is the rooting.
Good stuff Definitely helps the vacuous black electrical black hole that is my Xperia Play last longer than five minutes unplugged. Recommend Plus version for Wifi toggling and thus the most brutal power-saving. Good on my Galaxy Tab too! Now I don't need a to pack a substation whenever I'm on the road.
Haven't had to charge all day! I'm using the plus version. I read the tutorial and with a few clicks was able to set up my android so well that in spite of a lot of activity today, I haven't had to charge it once. I like the updates when I pick up my phone that say how it has saved X minutes by closing unused apps. Each time I've read it, it has been over 150 minutes!
Causes phone to overheat I thought my phone was a lemon because after installing this right away and then having it constantly overheat and switch off for almost a year I uninstalled it and phone has been fine since. I think it had something to do with wifi switching. Did help with battery use, but at a cost.
Awsome I just switch from Galaxy Note2 to the new Galaxy Note3, and my battery last for 2 days, I open and send E-mail at work, as well as calls and texts, and I still around 70% battery at the end of the day. I highly recomend this app, the money paid for it is well worth.
