My experience with Latitude has been disappointing. Despite requesting a refund over the phone and asking for a confirmation email, they refused to provide one. After waiting for a week with no progress, I called again, only to be falsely told that the transaction had been processed. It has now been two weeks, and I have yet to receive the refund. I strongly advise against using Latitude for any financial transactions due to their unreliable service and inability to handle basic requests.

Hard to navigate, doesn't display correct information or in some cases any information (i.e . Dates, amount owed). Can't set up automatic payments online). Overall just confusing and not user friendly.

For automatic payments to your credit card, you can find Direct Debit option in Manage Account section of the app.

The app lacks transaction summaries on payments individually made by me...the statements are no indication of these payments...and fees processed by G.E...fix this...I do not trust the statements...as G.E has a habit of over charging...and interest free can run for 10 years or more...as far as I can see a couple of payments have not appeared...
