disputing fraudulent transactions is both hard to do, as they dont seem to care and provide zero easily found functions to dispute them, just an obscure form with no link from the app itself, you have to search online to find it, and the wait for a response is beyond ridiculous and it will take ages to even start the process of getting your money back. also they removed the option to cancel your own pending direct debit transactions, when you accidentally paid more than you intended.

for credit cards, the app is just to look at your account, you can't do anything like transfer funds from a purchase to another, I have a payment that's due in 4 years (a phone) and one that's due in 6 months but any time I add funds it it automatically goes to the one due in 4 years, then when I call to adjust that they charge you a fee for moving funds, the app is useless

Horrible customer service. Horrible System. 0/100 They force interest payments on you, even if you keep to minimum payments. I was all paid up, always followed the payments to get no interest, yet they still charge.
