Ratings and reviews

Not satisfied. This app is not user friendly. I am not able to repay. Also not able to figure out if i am paying manually by bank transfer, how they adjusting the payment in different transactions. Because the amount with less days remaining to repay is staying the same where my payment is going i am not able to figure out. I Need help. Hope someone from the team will contact me soon!!

My experience with Latitude has been disappointing. Despite requesting a refund over the phone and asking for a confirmation email, they refused to provide one. After waiting for a week with no progress, I called again, only to be falsely told that the transaction had been processed. It has now been two weeks, and I have yet to receive the refund. I strongly advise against using Latitude for any financial transactions due to their unreliable service and inability to handle basic requests.

Hard to navigate, doesn't display correct information or in some cases any information (i.e . Dates, amount owed). Can't set up automatic payments online). Overall just confusing and not user friendly.
