I've been trying to use this app for 3 weeks now, and especially the washing machines i get faulty readings on all the time. Just today I got my laundry set up. Put track the machine, which said 48 min. 5 minutes later, the app tries to tell me the machine is done, and jumps my time to a machine I knew was empty. 20 minutes later, I get an update saying that machine was done, but my machine has 48 minutes left. At this point I just set a timer, because it's closer to accurate. Great concept, but it needs some work.
It worked well earlier in 2017, but then I uninstalled it because I didn't think I would need it anymore. I've since tried reinstalling it, but it keeps saying the GPS is off when it's on and location permissions are turned on for the app. (Also, why is it requesting identity/contacts list permission?) I'm unable to manually choose a location, as it crashes when I try typing anything into the search box.
It doesn't work half of the time. It will say the laundry is ready, and when you go to the machine, the machine is still running. Or it will say that a machine is available when it clearly is in use. Terrible and inconsistent.
I can't even select my location, if I say yes it asks for GPS even when it's already on, when I say no, I'll look through the locations manually, it asks for GPS anyway, I've been stuck in this endless loop since I downloaded this, it's so bad it's just pitiful.
Why the hell does this app require your identity and location? I just want to know if a dryer's in use.
Crashes never fixed For the past year this app crashes if you press on a favorited laundry room before it finishes refreshing on open. Furthermore, the time estimates are always way off, certain machines will say 50 minutes remaining for 10 minutes after they have finished and other machines will say extra time when the cycle is only half way done. This app is also very outdated and inaccurate, it will sometimes say all the machines are finished when half of them are running. Horrible app 0/10.
