First shirt loss, blanket not dry cleaned and now hole in a shirt As the volumes have gone up, the quality has gone down. They lost a shirt, defended and then paid 500 for a 2500 shirt. Blanket went for dry cleaning and it was spoilt. A team came to check and agreed that is was a bad job. First said we will reimburse and then took it back to clean again... Now again a shirt was a victim. Sent clothes, shirt came back with a prominent hole above the pocket. When we spoke to the team, they have refused it. My husband never smokes that it will happen at his side
Not good..cloths stinks...bad experience... Had description for one time but was not received good service even after a good amount of charges. Cloth stinks after wash even one can not wear that and two shocks lost. When I mailed about this issue to support did not get good response. Even after one two reply they did not reply me. So overall bad experience . Not advised to use it.
Dry cleaning I gave my later jacket for dry cleaning, and the Stain on it are as it is. I don't think they have touched it forget cleaning. I am so pissed of right now. Waste of money waste of time. It has lost its shine too.
One Click Wash was a fairly decent place to get laundry done until recently when they decided to merge with Pick My Laundry. They have terrible customer service and no amount of calling them helps. They have this stupid tagging process where they put tags through all your clothes without caring about the damage they've caused. I'm definitely never recommending them to anyone.
Service & Quality I have been using OCW for about 4 mths, >350 clothes, now. The people that I've interacted with are very helpful. The quality of washed clothes is hygienic n excellent and so is the service. I'd strongly recommend this to those who want to avoid the tedious work. I'd suggest that if you want best results don't wait till your clothes have become so dirty that you'd just throw them. The price though is premium n I do feel that it could be lesser without compromising on quality.
Spoils Cloths They started their service with very good quality at a very competitive rate. Gradually they increased the price which was not an issue at all. They reduced the quality which is a big concern. Customer service went on toss. Misplacing clothes, clothes getting shrink due to bad detergent, 1-2 clothes remaining dirty became their common practice. I have lost a couple of sucks, hanky, kitchen duster etc. Many costly dress( Puma, LP etc) got smaller by 1 size which was not acceptable at all. Uninstalling.
