It's pretty decent, but please make the "sync" feature happen in the background. Like, right now when you hit "sync" on a subreddit you get a window which shows the sync process. If you touch anywhere else in the screen then the sync stops. It would be much nicer for the sync to go on in a queue in the background, such that multiple subreddits could be syncing in a queue and we could operate our ohknes normally while they are syncing up. This is because in the picture based subreddits, syncing takes a bit of time. Perhaps include a notification that tells us when the sync is done.
First time using a third party Reddit app since Alien Blue. So far I'm loving it. Particularly like the vast customization options. One small thing I've noticed so far: it'd be nice to be able to access the main menu from a comments thread. It appears as though you have to completely exit the comment section to get back to the main page where you can access the menu. Maybe I'm missing something.
Best Reddit app! I only used to use the official app. But after one update it began to crash. I after that was searching for a Reddit app. And after looking around reading some articles and compares this app was rated #1 in all articles. I therefore downloaded it along with 4 other apps to test out. This is the best one by a long shot. It has a great user interface, beautiful design, highly customisable and overall the best best Reddit client.
directly moving to the parent comment rather than just viewing it would be useful. Also the ability to continue reading the comments while the posts load (like in relay for reddit) would be very useful. If you sync posts and comments for offline viewing but do have intermittent internet connection then instead of showing the cached data it keeps trying to download the data off the internet. It should show the cached data and only download new data as needed.
Edit: This app is awesome! Would love to put some money into the ad-free version but £3.99 is a bit steep. Maybe have a cheaper option for people who can't afford to put that much into a Reddit app? Original: Seems great so far. Quite heavy on the ads but for a free version that is to be expected. Haven't used it for long but might purchase the full version eventually.
Everything is great, except there is a huge issue with videos uploaded to the Reddit site. Any video that has been uploaded to the actual Reddit site stops playback every couple seconds making the videos quite unwatchable. Even the second time through the videos stop at the same place, so it's not an issue with loading. Please fix, as it is quite quite annoying and I just payed to have ads removed.
