Don't even bother Stupidly hard game with an unnecessary choice between healing items or better equipment (not enough gold for both), so your character dies far too often. The map is also far too complicated. Sack it, money back.
Fun game, but no cloud save! I really like this game and it reminds me of the kind of game I used to play on the NES or on my 486 back in the day. However, I will probably reset my phone soon and there is no cloud save, so all my progress will be lost. Having had its last update back in 2014, I know that I will not get to see that feature anytime soon. Such a shame, really. It was the only thing missing from an otherwise great game and purchase.
Great game wish more people played This game is great. I love how it is setup. Its easy to play and gets harder as you play. Good job hope to see more of your work.
Wonderful A great throw-back to the days of Lands of Lore and Eye of the Beholder on PC. Controls are great, though swiping the screen to swing your sword isn't always responsive. A nice variety of NPCs and monsters to encounter, and great atmosphere. Mapping is automatic, and the maps are easy to follow. Only complaint I have is I haven't yet seen any hidden switches on walls, or torches that act as levers. You know, old school RPG stuff. Otherwise, fantastic!
Could be more Good throw back to old school dungeons crawling. The premise is cool, execution could be so much better. Attacks not always responsive. Massive difficulty spikes. No sound of music control. Graphic adds to the charm of the game. Map somewhat convoluted.
Missing some key features First off, I will say this is an excellent throwback dungeon crawler. This brought back great memories while playing it. There are a few minor/major issues that this game should work on. The inability to strafe hurts a lot. Especially since it takes 2 moves to effectively turn a corner, opening up 2 shots from a monster if you're trying to give yourself some breathing room. Lack of sound controls or an options menu as a whole makes playing your own music during the game impossible, this is almost necessary since the music in the game is an 8 second loop that clips. A perception stat that increases likelihood of hitting your target would also be a welcomed addition. All the strength in the world won't help you if you're constantly hitting 1s and 2s. Outside of these flaws, I'm enjoying my experience with the game and you will to. Hopefully the developer reads these and will consider them.
fixes in 1.4.7:
Freeze spell no longer stops games for Ogreun and Ogurn.
Fix for the crash in Gaurdian Helm on some devices
Secret chamber with Black Metal Armor fixed
