Be careful not to stain for the linen by weight.
For a detachable garment, prefer the treatment to the piece.

I used the service once without issue, the 2nd time I did they charged me premium service (incl. Ironing) but delivered standard (no ironing), and impossible to talk to anyone from their customer service, despite multiple messages I never heard back from them, appalling (or rather inexistent) customer service.
