TRACK YOUR USCIS CASE

- USCIS Case Status: Check your case status online with your receipt number. See updates as soon as they are available.
- Case History Timeline: Every update saved as a timeline, so you can see how far your case has progressed.
- Instant Alerts: Push notifications the moment your case status changes. Track multiple cases at once in one USCIS case tracker.
- Visa Bulletin: Personalized visa bulletin tracking so you know when your priority date becomes current.
- NVC, DOL & Consular Cases: Track your National Visa Center (NVC) and DS-260 status, plus Department of Labor (DOL) PERM certification — beyond USCIS.

━━━━━━━━━━

TRACK YOUR IMMIGRATION COURT CASE (EOIR)

Enter your alien number (A-Number) to follow your immigration court case from hearing to appeal.

- Next Hearing Information: Know the date, time, and location of your next immigration court hearing.

- Processing Time Trends: Real US immigration processing times by case type, from actual user data.

I subscribed expecting useful features for the money. but it failed to generate a case analysis pro report, and asked me to spend even more money on gems to unlock statistics. I don't understand the point of subscribing. plus the app freezes up on launch with a giant ad for functionality irrelevant to me. not a great experience, sorry. at least it was easy to cancel the subscription, and the basic info is ok.

Hi Chris, We’re sorry for your experience! Once subscribed, there’s no need to spend gems to unlock features—your subscription should cover them. It may not have applied properly. Please contact us at help@lawfully.com or in-app so we can help fix this and talk about what we can do to make your experience better. 😄

They have a three-day free trail and said you can cancel their paid service at any time. So I tried their paid service. I would like to cancel the subscription at the 2nd day. However, the app kept crashing. So I disputed the payment to my credit card at the last day of the free trail. My bank returned the money the next day. I thought this issue was already solved. However, after about one month, the money was charged back. Lawfully said I did not cancel the service. I tried many times, but the app always crashed when I cancelled the subscription. Actually after I disputed the payment to my bank, I was not allowed to use their paid service. I tried to talk to lawfully person. At the beginning, they seemed polite and appreciated my explanation. After they got my account information, I can not send them message anymore from the app. I sent them email directly. They just told me they will not charge more in future but did not mention any thing about refund. I tried to talk more with them, no reply since then. I paid them about $33 for the quarterly subscription, just used their paid service during their "free trial" days. I do not think they would like to pay the money back. The app crashed not because I used their old version. I downloaded their version in March. Their "You can cancel the subscription at any time" means you can cancel it at any time but no refund !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not particularly helpful! If you have set up your uscis account and email and/or phone no, there is no added benefits. The annoying thing was all the solicitation of lawyers. You need to turn off the notifications. Good thing is that you can keep only the case updates. The last thing is the time counter is horrible. It is not helpful to have a counter that shows in "months". It would be more helpful to have them in days.

Hi Tanvir, we keep working hard to make our app more useful to our users. All the things you mentioned have been addressed, except the time counter. We believe it's easier to recognize the time passed if given by days, months, and years. However, the counter now gives you a more refined time frame than before, for example, 3.1 years.
