For each food you see the tolerable amounts in a fitting unit as well as in gram for cooking. Important: The amounts shown in the app assume that you only eat one food per meal that contains your trigger, i.e. is not free of it. If you want to consume several, devide the amounts by the number of trigger containing foods you want to eat at once.
