Ratings and reviews

A strange but good app, I have had mostly good luck with the products I have received thus far. The interface could definitely use some work as several aspects of it are very confusing. Sellers attempt to be deceptive with pricing, often times highlighting the full product but showing a low price for only a small portion. A rule should be implemented for sellers so that the featured picture for the product is the price shown and not the lowest price for only a partial product.

The app is good. They give enough vouchers and promos. I think that it is a great idea to add a delivery option where we can just pick it up in the courier shop in lesser fee. It is really unfair that I constantly pay for a door to door delivery but the courier will just text me to pick up my order because my address is to far from their shop.

The platform is much stabler than others. The best thing is they provide easy refund/return, the return points are every where. For large items, they have pickup service. Vouchers are auto applied. Just need a bit more variety of non electronic products. ALSO verify and monitor sellers. Some seller drag the conversation, 1 day 1 reply until the refund date expired. One even send different much lower value item on purpose. Other than that, Well done and keep it up.
