Motivational notifications are provided when this week's goal is not met.
Notifications are provided to users who are currently in progress but have not set a weekly goal.
Notification Settings: Turn push/exercise notifications on/off individually in Settings.
Medals are issued when aerobic, respiratory, and muscle strength goals are exceeded.
Device notification permissions are required to receive notifications.
