LCCU FinX is a school ledger app designed for schools participating in the LCCU Schoolthrift programme.

The app supports the management of student savings activity across participating schools and credit union branches. It provides role-based access so each user only sees the features and information relevant to their role.

Key features include:

Teacher access -
Teachers can record student deposits, view student transaction history and complete withdrawal requests (after guardian's approval), for students of the same school.

Student access -
Students can view their account balance, transaction history (deposits and withdrawals posted by the teacher), submit withdrawal request and view withdrawal requests status.

Guardian access -
Guardians can view linked child(ren)'s account balance(s) and transaction history. They can also approve or reject withdrawal requests submitted by the child(ren).

Principal access -
Principals can view school transactions (recorded by the teller), review and submit deposit batches for credit union processing, and view school-wide student transactions (recorded by the teacher), for students of the same school. They can also export reports on student transactions.

Teller access -
Tellers can view all schools' deposit details (submitted by the principal), review and record school deposits, record school withdrawal activities and produce reports on school transactions.

Admin access -
Administrators can view a count of users, schools, credit unions, student accounts and total values of all students and schools. They can also create new users, update existing user's information and produce reports on all school and student transactions.
