I couldn't use the updated application without a card. If there's a scratch it doesn't read and if you moved to another state for some time there's other restrictions of cannot withdrawing other than the home branch. It can get a bit frustrating but if you have got an active debit card, it's a wonderful bank with great services.

You say that auto read OTP is problem with my phone, but not app problem. I'm using Redmi 8A, i have reached till messaging in settings but didn't get option like uninstall updates. For a while let's agree that this is problem with my device. Then why most of them are facing same issues? This tells us(you n me) where is the actual problem is. instead of asking us to so and so changes in mobile, why don't you make it more user-friendly. So, once again a sincere request you to rectify this ASAP.

Please make following changes in your phone Settings> Manage apps>messaging> click on uninstall updates and try again. Kindly note this is issue related to your handset and not our app.

Worst app . Suddenly while logging asked to tick on terms, did, but not moving, then, i reinstalled app and now showing 'sim not available'. Surprisingly, all other apps are working perfectly. Tried many times, but of no use. I have been using for years, never gave problem.
