The app works fine most of the times.the server is slow sometimes. What I like : The transactions are fast and smooth. Security is good with limit settings etc. What HAS TO BE IMPROVED IMMEDIATELY: PLEASE make the fonts much much LARGER ...( or let it be adjustable inside the app ) When we type in the numbers the FONTS are tiny and becomes difficult to read and separate. Please put comas for the figures in the INDIAN Way , and in all places . Eg ₹ 1,00,000 for one lakh.

It is even more lousier than before. Keeps asking for update. Once I update it says wrong party installation. I unsinstalled and installed again. I have to wait for hours to re register. The message for registration comes hours later by which time I have given up, exasperated... I hope these problems are resolved for good. For the past five days I have been trying to install it

This is like 5 years old app, really frustrating. It's like puzzle. Please check other bank apps how user-friendly they are. For loan repayment I have to remember many things and need to check many things. This is frustrating. Why can't they simplify the process to customer??
