Bad services. All the times it's showing Network not available. But I have full network with 4G high speed Internet. My other apps work but UBI passbook not working. Very bad services
This Bank never learnt to pay heed to customer grievances. Stays busy in mean affairs. A poorly managed app. No reply from the developer team to settle the shortcomings. Pathetic. You are not surviving in this fierce customer centric era.
It's very bad, when I tried to synchronise says that network not available. . It's why bcz I m using 4G high speed Internet. . Plz slove this problem.
Since the day I gave negative review for this app it has completely been stopped working. Now, even my account number and basic information has not been displaying in the app. It seems developer of this app can't digest the fact & my account's details have been removed from the app. I tried to retrieve it by all the possible way, but I couldn't succeed for the same. It seems bank may also have not liked my review in respect of as app not working properly.
This app has syncing related serious issue. When the sync button is tapped , a msg pops up that network connection is not available though there is no such situation and network is proper. It will become a very good and useful app if the above problem is rectified.
Worst app ever. Always saying network not available, cannot proceed. Now it has a new problem. The balance is showing zero. So frustrating.
