Great to be able up print out reports
Disability Tools are hard to find. Tracking pain, fatigue, patterns of weakness and strength, for years at a time...this app can do all this with perfect charting that lawyers, doctors and clueless judges can't argue with. And you can back date your journal entries from older charts! Priceless.
Well constructed pain monitoring app but let down by an inability to export raw data which makes it far less useful for chronic pain sufferers who may wish to perform additional analysis on the data. (in my case I suffer from chronic hand/forearm pain and I would like to combine my pain data with data showing how much I type but as I cannot export the pain data I cannot do this)
It's a very good tool to report pain, I have to agree with an earlier post relating to the cost of generating reports. It becomes quite expensive.
This tool has been pivotal in helping me find insight not just for collecting data but for using it to understand my pain and the associated issues such a depression, fatigue, anxiety, etc. Its highly customizable in all pain tracking areas and will create reports based on the parameters you set. I couldn't recommend it more!
I typically don't write many reviews but I feel like I need to say something because I thought your app was fabulous after trying it out for a few days and I am getting ready to go to a doctor appt and realized to get the full records I needed the pro version, which I will say I didn't even bat an eye at having to pay 3.99 for the app in order to get the full records and have more data and options. I was happy to pay it. And then I was playing around trying to see what advanced option was, and noticed that the $3.99 for EVERY time I wanted to run the full reports. And given that I know a crystal report with standard parameters does not require you to have to do anything for me to run it 1 time or 100 times. I honestly am sitting here stunned that people are repeatedly paying for credits. My thought is that people who might be suffering from pain may either be older, or just in too much pain to be able to think about anything else. Which I get. It hurts to hold my phone to type this. I think the app is honestly really great, and I will probably use it for a little longer while I test out other ones, and maybe I will keep using it and just find work arounds...I don't know but even if you tell people that you give credits away once in a while or run specials if you buy 3 or 5 at a time, honestly that still feels wrong because a crystal report doesn't require any labor to reproduce. I get paying for access, like I said. I would have paid 5.99. And I don't want a refund because I do believe paying for apps is completely understandable but this just feels really wrong. I hope you will consider this and maybe even offer a one time option and a little more expensive option of 5.99 or even 7.99 that is still a one time fee. Or heck do an annual subscription. I ran my report and used my 3.99 credit before I realized I should change a few categories, and now it doesn't matter because I can't re-run it.
