Great! Found it useful for keeing track of medication changes and generalised pain. Love the end of day updates to say how I feel each evening and analyse thd days events. I've not downloaded and printed a report yet, but think this will be useful for GP's records too.
I downloaded this app to track my pain to see how I felt and track my trends and to be able to show my doctors and chiropractor. I like this app a lot. It's very useful and can be adapted to your needs.
As someone who struggles with chronic illness and pain I find this app helpful but I have a suggestion. It would be really beneficial if you could add a way to track when we take pain medication and how that affects the pain levels. Being able to see how often I'm taking my meds and how much of an impact they are having on the pain would be huge!
I love this app it's fantastic to be able to chart my pain for the specialists I go to so they know how much pain I'm actually in! But I need to be able to list 15 meds that I take eathier daily or as needed.. and the options for that.. like everyday.. or every other day or 2x week etc. Or as needed.... and I have.multiple medical conditions and it only lets you list 3.. it's pretty frustrating when I have more things I need to list and it cuts you off... but other than that... I LOVE IT! :)
App looks great I think after a month or so of using it, it will really help, but in conditions there is no ankylosing spondylitis...
This is a great way to track my fibro flares. I love how i can add triggers, and such. Makes it very versatile.
