I think one of the worst decision I made in 2023 is to register for Leadway Savings, because I wonder how the app can be malfunctioning like this!!! I've been trying to register on the app since past 4days now, it keeps returning me to the main page again. Even their agent is confused 😂, don't know what to use as excuse to cover-up for this wahala 😂😂. I think Ive made wrong decision for this year already.

If I had known I wouldn't have updated. I couldn't login since I updated. Whenever I try to open the app, something pop up with Chinese letters that I don't even understand and it stays on the screen forever and if I cancel it, and try to login, the app doesn't accept my password.

This app is just frustrating, I've gone through all the one star reviews and it's exactly what they are facing I'm facing. How can be feeling like I'm mad while I'm so sure of my passcode, still you choose forgot passcode and get a new passcode and you still get "no policies found". You'll want set a reoccurrence for payment, you can't. Why is the option now there if you can't use it? I'm deleting this app. Very useless. Leadway of all insurance company can't have a user friendly app, I'm awed
