About this game

Armello is a grand swashbuckling adventure combining three styles of play; The deep tactics of card games, the rich strategy of tabletop board games, and the adventure of fantastical RPGs.

As a hero from one of Armello's Great Clans, you'll quest, scheme, hire agents, explore, vanquish monsters, cast spells and face off against other players, with one ultimate goal in mind; becoming King or Queen of Armello! The Kingdom of Armello is as dangerous as it is beautiful. Perils, banes and bandits hide around every corner and a spreading corruption known as the Rot leaves no creature untouched.

"• Easy to Play but Hard to Master: Armello is easy to pick up and experience, yet its deep and emergent possibilities emerge as you play. Includes acclaimed story-driven tutorial mode.

• Multiple Playable Heroes: Each unique Hero possess a special power, stat line, AI personality and can be equipped with an Amulet and Signet Ring to further match your playstyle.

Armello is a pretty darn good digital board game. However, I do have some qualms with it. First, a small one, is that when you change any settings in the options screen, your changes are NOT saved once you close the app. This is likely an error or oversight that could be easily corrected. Now the most major issue is the pricing. More characters with different abilities, stats, and playstyles but for a hefty premium. This premium price isn't worth it with the small mobile PvP players.

This is one of the most intriguing games I've ever played on mobile. Great art style, risk and reward gameplay, and multiple different ways to win. Some matches can be cruel and then some are astounding. The only current problem is that it seems to stop tracking my achievements. one time I pulled a outstanding win that would be fit for 3 whole achievements, the game doesn't award them or record it to google play itself. It started doing it about a week of owning it. I hope it gets fixed soon.

PROS: It has a small learning curve, but it is pretty fun once you get it. After the prologue it's simple yet very fun. CONS: Wish there was a friends system of some sort. It's hard to find multiplayer matches sometimes, and despite the limited communication, there are some people you grow fond of even in a single game, and you wish you could find and play with them again. SUGGESTIONS: Having friends would give the players a much greater incentive to play, and purchase DLC.
