very sketchy! if you need to cancel they use a third party and you MUST email them. no way to manage your subscription yourself and frankly that doesnt sit well with me. app was whatever and didn't feel like I got any benefit from it in general. I think most of these reviews are bought. customer service is obviously overseas and use fake profiles (American names and white people pictures).

After the very first session with a breathing exercise. I already felt my body less tense. I felt more focused and calm and my hip already felt like it was a little less tense. I highly recommend this to anybody that is trying to stretch out their body. feel better, more focused and have more energy and just get centered.

My biggest issue isn't with how the app works but rather the payment. It will charge my card then my card gets locked. The app is really easy to use and pretty simple. I do recommend an adult reads the daily activity first. So far this isn't something you hand to your child and they just do. An adult really needs to do it with them.
