Not able to log into the app on my mobile phone. Keeps telling me the log in credentials are incorrect, although these same credentials work on the Web. Contacted Lebara via chat but they were unable to resolve the issue. There are quite a few others experiencing very similar log in issue so it is surprising Lebara haven't done anything about it...

I can't fault Lebara or the app. Coverage with Lebara is brilliant. I live in a complete dead spot and tried a few other networks before Lebara. I know it runs on Vodafone but Vodafone were so expensive. I joined via MSE and got 6 months for just 1p a month, you would have trouble beating that. I now pay £6.90 for unlimited calls, texts, 100 mins international and 12gb of data which is more than enough for me. As soon as my wife's contract ends with 3 she will be joining Lebara.

Excellent App...Everything you need to know is all right at your finger tips on one page.. Very easy to use and simple... Great price too.. Would highly recommend 👍
