Track your activities for your HRV measurement.
Attention: This app does not support live measurements with chest straps - please use our "My Autonom Health" app!
The Autonom Health app offers the possibility to record activities during the measurement and to edit your profile.
When you start your HRV measurement, you can create an activity log and log your activities for the entire duration of your measurement.
The type of activity, sensitivities and notes can be entered. When the measurement is complete, the activities are automatically in the Autonom Health analysis portal and can be assigned to your measurement after uploading.
