The only LED notification app that works correctly with my BlackBerry Hub on my G4. I have tried the other popular LED notification apps and couldn't configure them correctly to work with my BlackBerry Hub so I was glad to find this one. I do wish there were alternating color options and the ability to have different contact colors for SMS, as well as missed calls. The other thing I would like to see is a wifi connection option. My wifi disconnects at work all the time and it would be helpful to have an LED notification to let me know I need to reconnect.
Garbage I downloaded this app so I could have a constant notification light that does not blink. But it blinks no matter what I select. Emailed the devoper 6 times with no response. Yet another app with NO SUPPORT - I've emailed you several times and you never reply!
Nice app You did great job on this app!. Keep up the good work. Only one thing keeps it from 5 stars and that is icons flowing around screen can you options to keep them one location. And to have a option for each icon to blink or not to blink would be great. Thanks again for your work.
So far, this is the only LED manager that blinks properly for the apps that I've configured since 5.1.1 on my Note4. That's the good part. There are a few annoyances that I do not like. 1st issue, the notifications don't go away once you enter the application and check the email/text/whatever. I think this is a known issue, but it's annoying and could potentially be enough for me to abandon the LEDBlinker app if it can't be fixed. I'm still deciding if I can live with it. 2nd issue, for my calendar (system app), work email app (Airwatch) and personal email app (K9) (might be others as well), i get the same generic icon in the notification bar. For example, when an email comes into Airwatch, I will see the normal notification bar alert come in with the proper Airwatch icon and that will be followed by a repeat alert for that email with the generic LEDBlinker "contact card" icon. The generic icon will be the one that stays in the notification bar. Because of that, when looking at multiple app alerts in the notification bar, it's impossible to distinguish between alerts for those different apps. Issues seem to be caused by Samsung update.
ONLY ONE THAT WORKS FOR ME!!! I tried both "Light Manager" and "Light Flow" (03/28/2016) and neither one worked for me. This also seems to be the case for a number of people now (see reviews)! But this one did work for me (and others) right off the bat! And so I bought it, because it works of course and because it's very simple to set up and use! And it has both Global settings and Individual settings for each Notification, that can override the Global setting for each item if you want. It's well worth ths money! :-)
i have been using this app for a long time and love it! however, i, too, am now having the problem of the notification icons not updating/going away when deleting or reading directly in an app (i.e. gmail, texts). For texts it was simple to fix by disabling the light inside the texting app. But no option to do so on gmail, and I do NOT like the gmail alternative apps so i'm stuck. there are some work-arounds but none too great, so i may have to just give up on the app. Other LED apps have the same issue, since it's an android issue, so i would not be switching to a different LED app. I guess either Gmail will have to update its app to allow an option to disable the LED light, OR LED Blinker will have to find a fix, as they did for the last android issue (the "5.1 box" that you can click). If they corrected that issue, i am hoping they will find another similar fix for this new issue. Otherwise, for now I might have to de-activate LED Blinker from my phone :-(
