I see I'm not the only one being cheated out of points! And when I contacted customer service I was told I only did a 1 minute survey which was actually at least 10 mins. I have done a few more surveys since between 5 and 15 mins each.. completed them and only received 50 points and 1 chance for compensation. I completed the surveys!! I'm close to getting a reward card so it's pretty obvious to me I'm being slowed down and cheated out of points.

app not working the past couple days. since i earned over 20,000 points the other day I havent been able to get the rewards page to load. today the app wont open at all, it says there was a problem with my connection. won't let me push the button for support or refresh. what is going on?

Nice app takes a long time to earn the gift cards. A lot of starting a survey and after some questions they say that you aren't right for the survey. I don't like wasting my time. I thought that's why you filled out the whole profile in the first place. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars!
