About this app

Thanks to BTicino’s "Door Entry CLASSE100X" you will never miss a parcel.

All the functionalities of your door entry system will be in your smartphone, always with you. You will be able to answer the call and open the gate wherever you are, while you're comfortably sitting on your couch or anywhere else in the world.

With “Door Entry CLASSE100X” you can monitor all the cameras of your video door entry system or open the gate, without your keys, when you get home.

To use the APP you must have the new BTicino video internal unit CLASSE100X16E.

If you have a different BTicino model (in 2 wire technology) in your house, don’t worry, you can easily replace it without any other modifications.

This app is guaranteed to be used on smartphone natively including Google services (Google Play Store, Google Play Services).
Verify the presence and activation state of Google Play Services in the App menu of your smartphone settings.

After the security update in June I could not get the stupid thing to connect using my Android phone. It had never been an issue before. In the end I managed to do it via the ipad instead and that worked.. Wasted a lot of time trying to sort out something that worked just fine before

Updated comment: Was not working after the June 2026 update but the company emailed customers explaining it was necessary to reset the unit completely from scratch. You will not lose your account, but you will need to re-associate your account with the unit by logging into the app and reconfiguring your unit + reassigning a wifi connection. ***Make sure both your unit and your phone are connected to a 2.4 GHz ONLY wifi ssid otherwise you'll get an error after you introduce the IP address.***

I initially put a bad review because the app stopped opening the door/video/calling on smartphone. But after contacting the Legrand helpdesk, they fixed their internal bug. The app still needs some work for user experience though...
