Extremely terrible & frustrating. I wish I could give a ZERO star. This app does not worth your time. The sign up process takes forever. Despite providing them with your life history, it continues to fail. When you finally spent days to sign up, you may likely not be able to use the app. It's very frustrating to add money. Called customer service, was told to update the app. Did that, no luck. Then, I was asked to turn off & turn back my phone. Wait for 15-20 minutes & try again. Yet, no success
