Just moved into a new apartment and Lemonade I drink! Cheaper than regular insurance company and its super easy to get quote and setup. But can I only use app to manage my account? I prefer to see my account on a computer.

Update: I tried opening the email in Incognito Mode, and it worked. It looks like there's some problem with the email reset link and cookies. I've revised my rating to 4 stars and will update again based on my future experience. Original: The password I used to set up my account isn't working on the app, and when I attempt to reset my password I get an email with a link to reset it, which does not work when I click it - it only takes me to a page that says my "password was reset successfully" without letting me actually change it. Not exactly the easy setup I was expecting.

Yay! Thanks for this feedback, and welcome to Lemonade! It was almost concerning how easy it was to complete this. I've been worried about dealing with the process of getting renters insurance for too long. This comes along and insures me in less than 5 min for $5 a month. ALSO donates extra money at the end of the period to a cause of my choice. Amazingly simple and brilliant. Well designed app. Recommended to my roommates who have suffered fire damage in the past.

I had a fire almost 4 years ago and thankful I hate renters insurance back then. Since then my rate with my old company has continued to rise. Very thankful I stumbled across Lemonade!

It's extremely easy to set up and the use of a chat bot makes everything very intuitive. I never knew chat bots could so useful until now. I'm really excited to buy insurance from this company, especially with it's innovative approach.
