This app is scam please stay away from it! They would just seize your savings, and tell you to contact customer service that will never respond to your issue except to acknowledge it. After that no more feedback on the issue. You can try as many times as you want, go to any platform you like, no response! Your money would be gone, without any trace, no record in your account, and nothing from them on the issue. I've tried over and over again to reach out to them and I'm tired! Be warned!

Carbon has been rubbish of recent I think since the last update! Pure rubbish. I've been using the app for 3 years+ it's not what it used to be... imagine being unable to login after updating the app and even why I try to, I automatically get logged out! The loan process I don't even wanna talk about all that and the stress... Reduced my transfer limit and how much I can receive at once even after submitting every necessary documents, they refused to update it! Very bad! Very Poor!!
