Ratings and reviews

Previous version was much better. This version doesn't allow you to input whole numbers for property taxes or down payments, only percentages, also doesn't allow less than 3.5% for FHA down pmt, which isn't always the case, as in $100 down fha hud homes.

One of the best apps for both Loan originators and homeowners. As a loan originator, it helped bring in 4 extra loan applications in on the 1st few days. Very user friendly even for seniors to use. Hands down 5 stars!

Have found this app to be the most useful due to the variety of features it has. Favorite tool is the ability to upload documents.
