About this app

The Lennox Home App allows you to remotely access and control your Lennox Smart Thermostat, Lennox powered by Samsung Mini-split, Lennox Heat pump Water Heater and advanced accessories from anywhere in the world. Whether it’s adjusting your home’s temperature or schedule, monitoring your indoor air quality (Lennox Air Quality Monitor required) or balancing room temperatures, the control is all at your fingertips.

You must own a Lennox Smart Thermostat (S40/L40/M40/E40, S30/E30/M30), Lennox powered by Samsung Mini-split, or Lennox Water Heater to use this app. The Lennox Smart Thermostat, Lennox powered by Samsung Mini-split, or Lennox Water Heater must also be connected to your home’s Wi-Fi router before the app can control the settings. I used the Lennox iComfort app for years, and it was leaps and bounds better, more reliable and more intuitive than this new incarnation. I kept using iComfort until a few weeks ago when access was barred. Besides just not liking this current version, one of the main issues is that you can no longer set up a different fan mode (on, circulate or auto) for each of your windows of operation. For instance, I could set the fan on all day, but circulate during the night. Bring that feature back please

Fan features were removed. We used to be able to use the app to set the fan to circulate, off, or auto during each of the four schedules per day. Not anymore. Now its one setting per day. Also, changes made through the app don't always save. Speaking of schedules. I could use more than four. I've used other hvac apps and none of them restrict you to only four per day.

Ugh! Bring back the old iComfort app, because this one is terrible. it was "ok" after they completely got rid of the old one, but after like 2 weeks, it all went down hill fast. The app never stays connected to the thermostat saying that it's offline when it's not. It now also doesn't read the correct temp in the house anymore.
