The Lennox Smart Thermostat App allows you to remotely access and control your Lennox Smart Thermostat and advanced accessories from anywhere in the world. Whether it’s adjusting your home’s temperature or schedule, monitoring your indoor air quality (Lennox Air Quality Monitor required) or balancing room temperatures, the control is all at your fingertips.

I downloaded this after the original app said to "update" to this. well this is a downgrade. it's even less intuitive than the original, which was already clunky. how hard is it to have the ability to turn on and off with 1 tap on the MAIN screen? having to hit a hamburger menu to open, then another menu to go into is just ridiculous. that is 3-5 levels too deep to just quickly turn my system on, off, or adjust the temperature.

Old app nagged me to move to this app so I did. It doesn't work. It connects to the thermostat and account and shows the correct info, but you can't make any changes. You can't set or adjust any temperatures, schedules, nothing. It acts like it is, but nothing on the thermostat actually changes. What's the point? Back to the old app.

imo, this app, we are made to download, (which at first made me quite hopeful that it work better than the original), doesn't work any better than the original. in fact, I believe it may actually be worse at allowing u to change the thermostat to a higher or lower degree. at least with the old one, after doing it 5 or 6 times it would eventually take, and change the temp but this new app, which I've had for a few mos now, has only allowed me to change once. def not an upgrade 😔
