Ratings and reviews

Lacks the option to cancel orders! And customer support is active only from 10 am to 8 pm - so they can't cancel orders outside this window. Even within this window, they say it takes 24 hours to cancel an order! In the meantime, my order got shipped and they can't cancel the order after that. So STUPID! Apart from this, the app sometimes shows an error when adding items to cart. My order also got delivered 4 days earlier than expected, when I was outside, but at least they delivered fast.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Lenskart, but instead I received prescription eyeglasses that I cannot even use because they are made with someone else's power. Such a basic fulfillment error is completely unacceptable. I immediately raised a replacement request, and it has now been almost a month. During this entire period, no one has come to pick up the incorrect product. The app keeps showing misleading updates

Worst shopping app. During checkout, it promised a ₹3,000 gift voucher after delivery, but no voucher was provided. I also tried using the exchange option, but the page kept reloading to the same screen repeatedly, making it impossible to proceed. There is no proper customer support—only a WhatsApp chatbot that keeps asking the same questions over and over without providing any resolution. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
