Though I am satisfied with the product, but cost seems to be at a higher level. Another thing I would like to highlight is the selection process of the lenses is confusing and the product I select and the actual product I need , there is a difference. For eg. if I want a progressive lens for computer reading and UV protection, I land up selecting a bi focal lens, for which the cost is lower. but progressive lens with a good design will cost 9-10k. Good looking frames are costing 5k.

Eye test at home is an innovative feature to provide. Eye test at home experience was fun, fascinating and smooth. It was my first time experience. Details of eye test available in app is really a great idea. Great offers and choice options. At home frame trails were really great as well, due which i tried and decided my frame size. Delivery - quick and easy. Spectacle, box and cleaning cloth in hand feels really awesome. Keep it up. Thanks and regards.

My recent experience with the Lenskart app has been deeply disappointing. Despite being a loyal user, I encountered significant issues with delayed orders and poor service. Orders made on April 3, it's now April 18 with no delivery. Customer care hasn't responded, and a partial order was cancelled, with funds kept as store credit. This lack of accountability and poor service makes Lenskart unreliable. Their failure to address issues promptly and provide adequate customer service is unacceptable.
