Ratings and reviews

From a usability and look and feel perspective this app is great and modern. However, there are quite a few bugs and issues in the process flow. In the app , as well as in use of apps by store persons as well as in how order taking is done, or how sms links and numerous whatsapp accounts are used to connect to customers. This leads to unnecessary confusion in confidently placing an order.

Worst Experience ever. Ordered progressive eye glasses worth 12k. 1st delivery had quality issues - uneven frame and sloppy finishing. Requested replacement. 2 days later get a call that it's now replaced with a new eye glasse. I go to the store to find even more worst finishing and pathetic frame. Whilst the store agreed to refund my money, I ended up wasting my time to make 5 trips to the store!!!! My openion, stay away from LensKart and rely on your old local Eye Care shops.

Eye test at home is an innovative feature to provide. Eye test at home experience was fun, fascinating and smooth. It was my first time experience. Details of eye test available in app is really a great idea. Great offers and choice options. At home frame trails were really great as well, due which i tried and decided my frame size. Delivery - quick and easy. Spectacle, box and cleaning cloth in hand feels really awesome. Keep it up. Thanks and regards.
