Garbage! Don't waste your time, it's not worth the headache that comes with it... The tag & app are really awful. Tag is always "disconnected" & when I try to reconnect it, about 99.9% of the time it won't. There's parts of the app that still aren't translated. Also, I really don't like the fact that my camera symbol pops up at the top of my device, saying it's active when I open the app... It shouldn't do that, period. So throwing the tag away and deleting the app, just don't trust this.

Despite the top reviews here, this was a gift and I just got it running. I have a few questions where it isn't explained in the app nor manual. Whats the importance of taking pictures in this app? This device can record audio? Record what and where is the the storage for said audio? As I'm typing this I was having a conversation and it started beeping. What are the commands or key words? And in the app settings, step 8 says I can change my password and do a Map switch. I don't see those options.

I really like the concept. It just doesn't work the way I feel it should. There are times in the scan history of the tag, it will say "still processing" the location from days prior. I don't know how you can track a lost pet with that information, or lack there of. Tech support is extremely efficient and helpful, but that's the one question I've asked several times along with sending screenshots of the "still processing" location information and they won't acknowledge that particular question.
