Horrible app. Can't complete simple things like adding external accounts without the app crashing or screen going white. Finally get to a page where it says I need to verify a code to get to the next step. No option for text or email, call only. Every time the call comes I have to briefly leave the app to accept. Screen is blank when I return, can't pick up where I left off. I have to start the process from scratch & it won't accept the code from the last phone call. So I can't evr get past that

This APP is TERRIBLE!!! 99% of the time it just crashes automatically. It's completely UNUSABLE!!! I am now forced the use the computer to do any banking. Mobile Deposit? Nope. Gotta drive the 25 minutes. Need to shuffle your money around quickly? Nope. Can't do that. You want to see your latest transactions and see if your checks have been posted? Nah. Either give us an update that actually works, or give us back the old app. That one never had any problems.

LCU has held every single check that I've deposited for over a week with no reason except "possible fraud" without fail. They keep telling me it will be "a possible 1-7 days" (only when I call, otherwise there is 0 communication.) yet I have never had a check not get flagged for under 5. A huge inconvenience for someone who works freelance. This bank continues to prove to be nothing but inconveniences. Highly would not recommend working with them.
