LEO is here to help anyone on a restricted gluten-free (GF) diet rediscover the joy of eating out again. It enables you to confirm the visual test results from the “LEO Verified Tester” with a parts per million (PPM) number to verify that the food being tested for PPM of gluten. This result allows you to make informed decisions about the food you are about to eat.

The LeoMyFood app and LEO Verified Tester are the latest personal portable gluten-free testing system that provides a quick, simple, and accurate way to confirm the visual “LEO” line results with a PPM number. Helping people on a GF diet feel more confident about eating out again.

The LEO Gluten Tester allows anyone avoiding gluten to carry a simple and reliable test wherever they go. Dining away from home can be stressful, but this tool offers peace of mind by helping the user test the food around them.

Remember that the LEO Verified gluten sensor test results only reflect the sample tested and does not guarantee that the entire dish is gluten-free. The LEO gluten sensor has been validated for use on food and surfaces, but not on hydrolyzed or fermented food, cosmetics or medications at this time. It is a helpful tool verifying the gluten exposure in the sampled food or surface.

1. I looked all over for a swab as was shown in the directions....I finally determined what was actually being described was a SPATULA...you could do better by showing the illustration more accurately...one end is obviously a little shovel..too confusing. 2. Design of the tube could be improved by making the bottom a little bigger in circumference. It kept falling over. 3. I would never use this away from home. Too difficult to see in dim light of a restaurant. Is it a faint line, no line?
