Ratings and reviews

One of the worst store apps I interact with on my phone. Sometimes the app can make you wait 30 minutes before your order finally prints out for someone to fill. Worse still, I cannot tell you how many times I get to the store and no one has a clue about the order I've placed through the app. Whoever is in charge of this only needs to spend 2 minutes with Starbucks or Dunkin to see how an app of this type needs to work to encourage its use.

app wont let me sign in to my account nor will it allow me to create a new one. it wont even send me a link to change my password. food is great, gotta step it up on the IT side
