Overall, it does work as a cashback option. My experience is, it sometimes takes a bit longer to credit the cashback as yours. In this case, I had to contact customer service but when it comes to customer service, they are extremely reliable and solve the problem for us. I also have withdrawn money a couple times, and it also has worked for me. So overall my experience is a pretty positive one. It's worth it to give the app a try.
