This app consistently fails to track valid purchases, making the service useless. When attempting to claim missing cashback, support rejects claims with vague, automated excuses. Accumulated funds are held hostage; eligible withdrawals are blocked. Lack of transparency suggests rewards are a deliberate tactic to avoid paying. Unreliable, misleading, and frustrating. Avoid it.

quite often cashback won't appear in your account and some shops don't accept cashback requests ... once you fill in cashback requests it takes ages for it to be resolved...

worst app .i ordered very expensive products from Flipkart but cash back has not appeared and when I create a request it says flipkart does not offer this policy . worst app. CashKaro is better than it
