quite often cashback won't appear in your account and some shops don't accept cashback requests ... once you fill in cashback requests it takes ages for it to be resolved...

This app consistently fails to track valid purchases, making the service useless. When attempting to claim missing cashback, support rejects claims with vague, automated excuses. Accumulated funds are held hostage; eligible withdrawals are blocked. Lack of transparency suggests rewards are a deliberate tactic to avoid paying. Unreliable, misleading, and frustrating. Avoid it.

I'm not sure if people realise that you need to go into the app and activate it for it to work. I like Letyshop, especially on my last big trip, when I got an extra bit of cash.
