I have no idea how the new "Savings" feature is supposed to work. There's no mention of it that I can find on Levels website. The colors of the lines for this month and last month are inverted, the numbers don't make much sense. The predicted spending and balances consistently don't reflect my previous several months of spending. It's still a useful app, but a lot of the features aren't very accurate or user friendly
Love this app! I've tried a few others that had higher reviews but not only were they confusing to set up/use, they were also just unpleasant to look at. This app is simple to use and beautifully designed. I had an issue with my bank account disconnecting, but it was a quick fix and now its working better than ever :) It's so simple to track my spending and see exactly how much I can afford to spend each day/week/month. I recommended this app to a few friends/family members and they love it too! Thank you to the developers for making it <3
App fights all my efforts - needs major work I have 3 sources of income each month that stay the same amount. Never change. Example: a $100 cash deposit each month. Level screws it up. Asks me to "select an example transaction". Done! It says my average income from it is $165. What!? It is averaging ALL ATM DEPOSITS. Cannot override. Cannot flag other deposits as different, or " don't count." Doesn't support a credit card, and won't allow me to add any transactions manually to track it on my own. Such a good concept, but too frustrating to use.
Would love to try the app but I can't seem to even set up Unfortunately, I can't even set up to start! When I search for my bank it's not listed but then it tells me to use the in app Customer Support. Unless I'm not seeing it, there's no way for me to contact Customer Support through the app, I can only log out, there is no settings menu. Tried sending an email to Customer Support through online & received a message back that because I sent a message through the web it would be labeled as low priority and to send through app for quicker resolution. Bummed.
Easy and effective I love how easy it is, the entire concept of choosing what to spend works much better than simply tracking expenses. The only thing that doesn't work well sometimes is if expenses change month to month the app has trouble estimating what you're going to be spending, but it works itself out after a couple months of stable expenses
Great concept, poor execution I love the concept of the spendable amount, but it seems to have difficulty with a biweekly pay cycle. What's worse is that it seems to randomly remove transactions, like my income transaction from less than two weeks ago. Setup is difficult. I really wanted this app to work for me, but I think I'm done fighting it.
